Follows accordion player Marina as she auditions for a new tango orchestra being assembled by famed composer and accordionist Rodolfo Mederos. Rodolfo informs her that she must replace her battered old bandoneon with a Double A. This is easier said than done, as no new Double A's have been manufactured since the start of World War II, leading Marina on a journey for the hard to find instrument.
